This site aims to serve in many different ways:

For Lamberhurst locals, it provides ready access to a wide variety of information - local businesses and tradespeople, what's going on in the Parish Council, the Church, the school.

For visitors to our wonderful Wealden countryside, we aim to give a flavour of things to come - places to see, things to do with the kids, where to stay, where to eat. Some of these things are well known - others are local hidden treasures.

For local historians, we aim to build up the foremost reference site for Lamberhurst history.

New vicar at Lamberhurst and Matfield

Lamberhurst is very pleased to welcome Rev. Mandy Carr to the Parish. Mandy moved here from Meopham, and is particularly keen to work with the local primary schools and further develop children and youth ministry, as well as getting to know the locals in some of the county’s finest pubs!

We all wish her well in the coming years with us.
