Appointments for diabetic checks, blood pressure checks, contraceptive and well person checks are available with the Practice Nurse.
Disabled:
Practice Premises has suitable access for disabled patients.

We allow 10 minutes per consultation as routine but please ask at the time of booking if you require a longer appointment. Please note: Appointments are for one person only. If you need to be seen urgently, we will ensure a same day appointment.

Please call this number for URGENT CALLS ONLY,including nights, weekends and Bank holidays. During out-of-hours your call will be diverted to South East Health, the out-of-hours co-operative to which we as a practice belong.


REPEAT PRESCRIPTIONS
Please post or drop in your prescription request forms- minimum48 hours turn around time required but longer at the weekends. We no longer take repeat prescriptions over the telephone.
Alternatively you can fax the request to us on 01892 891187. Should you require urgent medication after surgery hours, please contact South East Health on 0845 122 2255.


NEW PATIENTS
All new patients are invited to attend a Health Screening appointment with the Practice Nurse when registering with the Practice.


OVER 75s
May be seen and assessed either at the Practice or at home.

The geographical boundary of the Practice extends to a radius of approx, 7 miles from Lamberhurst.

To help us to make sure we provide the best possible service for our patients, we operate a practice based complaint procedure. Any comments, suggestions or complaints should be addressed to the Practice Manager.


URGENT MEDICAL HELP

LATE EVENING SURGERY
We provide late evening appointmentson tuesdays for patients who find it difficult to attend during normal surgery times. Please ask for details.


DISPENSARY
Lamberhurst Surgery is a Dispensing Practice. We dispense to all our patients apart from the ones who live within 1 mile (as the crow flies) of a chemist.


OSTEOPATHY
We also have, attached to the Surgery, Osteopathy.
